Why do I need to submit a PHANTOM Transfer/Storage Request for 3rd Party Products?

These requests are created in PHANTOM by the client or the TVP team can fill out when desired. These requests are used by the warehouse team to update PHANTOM inventory for a new or reordered item that will be arriving at the warehouse.

Steps to Create a Storage Request (New Products)

  • A Product Page must be created in Shopify to communicate a new product to PHANTOM
  • The Client can create the product page or our team (the fee to create the product page will be listed under agency on the monthly fulfillment PDF report)
    • On Navigation Bar, click on Marketplace Products
    • Search Product
    • Click on Storage Request
    • Input Info & Click on Send Storage Request
  • Steps to Create a Transfer Request (Reordered Products)
    • On Navigation Bar, click on Marketplace Products
    • Search Product
    • Click on Transfer Request
    • Input Info & Click on Send Transfer Request
