- Counting the products within the shipment: There is an extra fee if the warehouse team counts the products delivered to the warehouse. We need client approval for the count. Please note, this will delay the receiving process and accepting the products into inventory.
- Trusting the Packing Slip is correct/spot on: This means that there may be an OOS issue during the selling cycle because a few of the pieces may have been missing initially from the original shipment.
