Can I ship a 3rd Party Product to the TVP Warehouse?

  • Yes, we have Receiving Forms that need to be submitted to announce that an incoming shipment will be delivered to the warehouse 
    • Advance Shipping Notice (ASN): this form must be submitted for all shipments that are scheduled to be delivered to the warehouse including packaging, note cards, reordered products, etc.
    • Product Details Form: this form is for new products only
    • Delivery Scheduler: For freight carrier shipments, a delivery date needs to be scheduled in advance
  • If you have several products within a shipment, please email accounts@tvp.nyc and we will send you a product details CSV template that can be used in lieu of filling out several forms for multiple products.
  • We do ask that the master packing list is attached and submitted through the product details form and add under Additional Information that the product detail CSV file has been emailed to the accounts team.
  • Images of the products must be uploaded or emailed to our accounts team if product pages (PdP) have not been created in Shopify. Here is the additional info we need to create the Product Pages:
    • Product Name
    • Product Description
    • Price
