- A packing slip is required in each box. We rely on these slips to seamlessly receive your shipments. If the packing slips provided are confusing in any way, this will delay the shipment from being processed. We ask that the packing slips are corrected accordingly before the shipment arrives to prevent any issues with receiving your products.
- A master packing slip is also required listing the box # and corresponding SKU within the box.
- SKUs should not be mixed. Each SKU should have its own box and variants should be separated within the box if applicable.
- For Courier Shipments:
- Use the Delivery Scheduler to book an appointment
