  • Warehouse Process

    • Recording a Return/Exchange
      • If we manage the CS, the customer contacts us through the CS channel or we have access to the client return portal in order to record the return/exchange.
      • If the client manages, we must be alerted to all returns being shipped to the warehouse to adequately manage this process.
      • Clients have different exchange/return policies and processes in place. We customize per client needs.
    • Warehouse Return Process
      • Checks in the return
      • Accesses the condition of the return and will note on the client Return Doc
      • Accounts team processes the return accordingly and to client specifications
  • International Returns:

    • We recommend final sale due to …
      • Duty & Tax Fees
      • Customer would have to be responsible for shipping back the order; we cannot create international return labels
    • In the client FAQ section and also checkout area of the site: It should clearly state that international orders are final sale and duty and tax is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
