- If we manage the CS, the customer contacts us through the CS channel or we have access to the client return portal in order to record the return/exchange.
- If the client manages, we must be alerted to all returns being shipped to the warehouse to adequately manage this process.
- Clients have different exchange/return policies and processes in place. We customize per client needs.
