How does PHANTOM and SHOPIFY sync?

  • Communication is key between these systems for the efficient fulfillment of orders
  • Orders CANNOT BE EDITED in Shopify -> these edits will not be communicated to PHANTOM. When an order needs to be adjusted including an address update, please contact our accounts team, accounts@tvp.nyc. We may not be able to accommodate if the order has been processed.
  • Shopify -> Canceling or Refunding Orders
    • Uncheck Restocking: Otherwise, PHANTOM will duplicate this action and inventory will be off
    • Customer Returns/Exchanges: Once these orders are delivered to the warehouse, we execute the actions and adjustments needed to manage inventory in PHANTOM.
