- Account Management Team: All client inquiries including fulfillment or production orders, warehouse, invoicing, eCommerce, etc. should be emailed to accounts@tvp.org.
This team will be monitoring all the client emails during business hours and will respond in a timely manner with an answer or response to how the request/ask will be managed. Essentially, the account’s team is tasked with making sure we efficiently monitor and respond to all client inquiries/emails on a timely basis -> trafficking/routing requests to the right teams.
