Production

PHANTOM INVOICES are for cost approval only. In some cases, additional fees are added to the final invoice that are not reflected on the original PHANTOM invoice. All production POs will be invoiced through Invoice NINJA.
Net Terms vs Pay As You Go
- Production Clients Only are usually Pay As You Go, a payment is required before the PO is moved into Production
- Production/Fulfillment, PF Clients as we call it, are NET 15 or NET 30 based on the agreement per the Fulfillment Relationship
