How can I create multiple orders in PHANTOM for promotional events, influencer initiatives, team/staff gifts or custom orders?

  • We have a CSV template for clients to use that shows the exact layout of the file and all the details needed to create orders (see next section)
  • Here is the link to the Campaign Form. These are the details that we require:
    • Client Contact & Email for Project
    • In-hands Date for Shipments
    • Kit Contents: List of TVP Produced Products and/or 3rd Party Products including Inserts
    • Special Packaging:
    • Box / Poly Mailer
      • Size
      • Color
      • Branded
    • Crinkle Paper (Color)
    • Tissue Paper
    • Outside Sticker
      • Address to Ship Excess Inventory (if applicable) :BLANK_LINE:
