Proof Approval / Review Process

A PO won’t move into production until client approval
An email will be sent from proofs@tvp.nyc that the proof is ready for approval. The proof PDF will be in this email.
If a proof is approved and there is an issue after production, it is on the client. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly check the proof and product, e.g., unisex vs women’s tee.
Once approved, the order moves into production
Please note, we ask our clients during the PO review process to make sure the image and graphic of the said product is correct. If not, please respond to the email that the proof isn’t approved and the issue.
