Invoicing (see section 10 Invoicing)

Project Launch: the corresponding invoice must be paid before work begins on the project. Otherwise, the project is on hold until the payment is received.
Ongoing Work: These invoices must be paid by the due date. Otherwise, we will suspend work until the payment is created.
Times & Materials: Invoice by an hourly rate and material costs.
Out of Scope Work: there are parts of the project that an addition will be made by the client, and these costs will be invoiced separately since this work was not originally included within the Proposal.
